XP users - Click “Add/Remove
Programs”
Vista and 7 users –
Click “Programs and Features”
o
Click on Panda
XP users – click “remove
Vista and 7 users – click “uninstall”
o
Click “YES” (do you want to
completely remove…)
o
Select “No, maybe later” option,
click “next”
o
Select “Yes, restart” option, Finish.
Downloading and Installing 2010

Enter (case sensitive) user name and
password emailed to you by A.G.E. Systems when you renewed.
Click “Enter”
o Click “Software available for Panda Antivirus Pro 2010”
o Click “Full version – Panda Antivirus Pro 2010”
o Rename to PAV2010 and Save
o Click “Open Folder” (you are now finished with internet and can close)
o Double click PAV2010
o Click “Run”
o OK (choose language)
o Next
o Yes (user agreement)
o “typical install” option, click “next”
Your
computer will now be scanned.
The scan will find and delete items – DO NOT PANIC – these
items are cookies and temporary internet files and will show up as
spyware.
o
When scan is finished click “OK”
o
“Yes, restart” option, click “Finish”
After restart a “pop-up” will appear in the bottom right corner. (Be patient it can take a few minutes)
o Choose option “Activate the product”
Click “OK”
Activation window will appear
o Next
o Enter (case sensitive) Activation code which can be found in same email
o Use email address : pandaserv@agesys.com
o Are you a client “YES”
Enter Client number (from email)
Next
o Next
o Finish
